If you choose to require check in for a tournament, any registered users will not be added to the starting lineup unless they are flagged as checked in. As the administrator of the tournament you can manually check them in from the tournament summary screen, or alternatively you can allow users to check themselves in via a printed QR code.

To allow self check-in visit the tournament settings screen and under “Users & entries” click the “Print self check in QR code” button. This code can then be placed at the entry to your competition and users can scan the code which will automatically check them in with their scoreboard app.

Please note the print button is not currently working in the Firefox browser on android so use a different browser to access this if needed.
