If you have a competitor who arrives late for a tournament and you have not recorded the first bout of the direct elimination stage, you can choose to allow them to compete, and add them under the tournament settings screen.

Go to the “Users & entries” section of the tournament settings, and select “Add a late tournament entry”. You’ll then be prompted to select, or “quick create” the member to add to the tournament.

Please note that on adding a late entry the member will be added to the pool with the lowest number of competing members. This may result in them not being seeded appropriately.

Once the direct elimination phase of a tournament has started you will no longer be able to add late entries and if you wish to reseed and start the tournament with this new member you will need to archive the current tournament and create a new one.
