To pause or cancel your subscription navigate to the plans and billing page, and select “Edit my subscription on Stripe”. From there you will be redirected to Stripe’s secure billing dashboard and be asked to provide a secure token via email to keep your card details safe. Once provided you can then cancel your subscription.

You will remain on your current plan for the remainder of the current billing cycle, after which your plan will be changed to the free tier and you will lose access to the paid features, however any boards, matches, or tournaments created will be safe and you can choose to continue to use them on the free plan, or upgrade again at any time.
